Marie Seclet

Alongside her career as a circus artist, performer, actress, and author in various shows (Cirque Archaos, Cirque Boswell-Wilikie, Cirque Flic-Flac, and others), Marie Seclet has developed teaching experience since 1996. For 10 years, she worked as a full-time multidisciplinary teacher at the National Circus Arts Center in Châlons-en-Champagne (CNAC).

Marie has extensive expertise in aerial acrobatic techniques. She teaches aerial frame, swinging trapeze, flying rope, static trapeze, fabric, fixed trapeze, hoop, straps, Chinese pole, and other disciplines (acrobatics, trampoline, balances, specific and general physical preparation).

Her pedagogy is enriched by her own curiosity for contemporary forms of live performance, as demonstrated by her collaborations with various circus, theater, and street companies such as Cirque Pagnozoo, La Strada, Les Hommes Penchés… All of this enables her to master and transmit with precision the art of aerial vaulting and acrobatics.
